The Customer Experience Marketing Manager at IFF drives customer-centric marketing initiatives that strengthen engagement, support commercial priorities, and bring IFF’s taste capabilities to life. The role bridges marketing, commercial, and technical teams to deliver impactful, insight-led experiences across all customer touchpoints, while building a high-performing team through coaching, capability development, and continuous improvement.
Where You’ll Make a Difference
- Define the market position of products and solutions through competitor analysis, customer insights, and market research, in close collaboration with commercial teams.
- Design and execute customer experience marketing programs (innovation days, engagement sessions, workshops, digital & physical touchpoints).
- Translate consumer insights, market trends, and IFF technologies into compelling customer narratives and differentiated value propositions.
- Partner with commercial, technical, and category teams to support growth priorities and active projects.
- Lead local and regional customer engagements, presentations, and tailored content for key accounts.
- Own the end-to-end execution of customer-facing events, ensuring best-in-class experiences and strong follow-up.
- Capture and synthesize customer feedback, translating insights into actionable recommendations that shape future product and marketing direction.
- Drive go-to-market execution, product adoption, and sales enablement (tools, messaging, training).
- Ensure consistent application of IFF branding and marketing standards across all activities.
- Develop and deliver customer-facing materials (presentations, demos, trade show materials, webinars, collateral).
