Where You’ll Make a Difference
- Lead daily production operations to achieve output, quality, and cost targets.
- Ensure adherence to EHS (Environment, Health & Safety) standards and foster a strong safety culture.
- Manage, coach, and develop production teams to drive engagement and accountability.
- Collaborate with Maintenance, Quality, and Supply Chain to ensure seamless operations.
- Monitor production KPIs, identify performance gaps, and implement corrective actions.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives (Lean, Six Sigma) to enhance efficiency and reduce waste.
- Ensure compliance with internal policies, quality standards, and regulatory requirements.
- Optimize resource utilization and support cost control and budget initiatives.
- Lead and contribute to projects involving process improvements and capacity expansion.
What Makes You the Right Fit
- Bachelor’s degree in Chemical Engineering, Operations, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in manufacturing or production leadership roles.
- Strong knowledge of production processes and manufacturing systems.
- Solid understanding of quality standards and safety regulations.
- Proven ability to lead, motivate, and develop high-performing teams.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-driven mindset.
- Experience managing KPIs and driving performance improvements.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment.
How Would You Stand Out?
- Experience with Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, or continuous improvement certifications.
- Background in chemical, flavors, food, or related process industries.
- Experience leading plant transformation or digitalization initiatives.
