Your mission
Support the development, optimization, validation, and implementation of analytical methods for bioactivity and compositional analysis
Program, optimize, and troubleshoot automated workflows on our Hamilton liquid handling platform
Perform and analyze plate-based assays using microplate readers, including absorbance, fluorescence, and luminescence measurements
Collaborate closely with scientists and data engineers to integrate automated assays into scalable experimental and data pipelines
Generate, analyze, and interpret experimental data, ensuring high-quality and reproducible results
Your profile
Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Biotechnology, Bioengineering, Biochemistry, Molecular Biology, or a related field
Strong interest in laboratory automation and automated liquid handling systems; experience with Hamilton platforms and VENUS software is a plus
Hands-on experience with plate-based assays, such as ELISA, enzymatic, biochemical, or cell-based assays
Strong analytical thinking, troubleshooting abilities, and problem-solving skills
Comfortable working in a laboratory environment and eager to learn new technologies and experimental approaches
Experience with data analysis, programming, or scripting (e.g., Python, R) is advantageous
Team-oriented mindset combined with initiative, reliability, and a hands-on approach to experimentation
Excellent communication skills in English (spoken and written); German is a plus
