Weβre looking for an experienced and results-driven Logistics Manager to oversee and optimize our logistics, transportation, and distribution operations. π― Key Responsibilities
β’ Plan, manage, and oversee logistics operations, including transportation, warehousing, inventory movement, and distribution activities.
β’ Develop and implement logistics strategies to improve efficiency, reduce costs, and enhance service delivery.
β’ Coordinate with suppliers, carriers, freight providers, warehouses, and internal stakeholders to ensure smooth operations.
β’ Monitor inventory levels and collaborate with procurement and warehouse teams to maintain optimal stock availability.
β’ Analyze logistics performance metrics and prepare operational reports for management.
β’ Identify operational bottlenecks and implement continuous improvement initiatives.
β’ Negotiate contracts and service agreements with logistics providers and vendors.
β’ Ensure compliance with transportation regulations, safety standards, and company policies.
β’ Lead, mentor, and manage logistics personnel while fostering a high-performance culture.
β’ Support business continuity planning and risk management initiatives across the supply chain.

Requirements
β’ Proven experience in logistics, transportation, supply chain management, or a related field.
β’ Strong knowledge of logistics operations, inventory management, warehousing, and distribution processes.
β’ Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
β’ Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
β’ Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, ERP systems, logistics software, and supply chain management tools.
β’ Experience managing third-party logistics providers, freight carriers, and supplier relationships.
β’ Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced operational environment.
β’ Knowledge of regulatory compliance, transportation laws, and safety standards.
β’ A degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field is preferred, but not required.
β’ Professional certifications in logistics or supply chain management are advantageous.
