Purchase materials, parts, supplies, and equipment following established purchasing policies and procedures and optimize price, delivery, and terms.
- Responsibilities:Timely provision of production with the necessary food ingredients and packaging in accordance with the company's quality requirements.Work in accordance with the company's Global Policy, procurement systems, and procedures.Development and implementation of strategies for the procurement of raw materials and packaging materials.Development of a reliable supplier base, conducting negotiations at local and international levels, and concluding contracts.Continuous improvement and enhancement of procurement conditions. Collaboration with the R&D department and QC department to search for alternatives, optimize the specification and supplier base.Conducting tenders and auctions to obtain the best purchasing conditions.Analysis of internal and external raw material markets, risk analysis, and price forecasting for various product categories.Budgeting and monitoring of the execution of the raw material budget.Teamwork at local and international levels, with constant identification of opportunities for improvement.
- Requirements:Higher education. Work experience in procurement, preferably in the field of food technology, for at least 3 years.Experience in supplier search, supply chain management, material resource management, development and management of supplier relationships, etc.Understanding of internal control requirements and compliance.Experience working with 1C system. Knowledge and experience with 1C ERP is an advantage.Knowledge and experience working with electronic trading platforms (ETP).English language – fluent: oral (regular interaction with foreign colleagues/management), written – mandatory.Analytical mindset, interest in the production of food ingredients, strong communication skills, negotiation skills, ability to work in a multitasking environment. Self-development and regular improvement of skills.
