Responsibilities
- Lead and supervise all store activities, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations and excellent customer experiences.
- Recruit, interview, train, and develop team members to build a high-performing staff dedicated to retail excellence.
- Manage inventory control, stock replenishment, merchandising, and purchasing to optimize product availability and presentation.
- Oversee sales management, set sales targets, analyze performance metrics, and implement strategies to meet or exceed goals.
- Handle payroll processing, cash handling, bookkeeping, and POS (Point of Sale) system management with accuracy and integrity.
- Conduct employee orientation sessions, training & development programs, and performance evaluations to foster growth.
- Maintain organizational skills to ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards, and store procedures while managing budgets effectively.
Experience
- Proven management experience in a retail environment with supervisory responsibilities.
- Strong skills in negotiation, customer service, team management, and communication.
- Demonstrated ability in inventory management, merchandising, pricing strategies, and retail math.
- Experience with payroll processing, bookkeeping, cash handling, and POS systems.
