Quorn Foods are delighted to be recruiting for an Innovation Assistant to join our Research & Development team.
What You'll Be Responsible For
Forming an integral part of our R&D function, you will support the development of Quorn and Cauldron products from concept through to launch, working closely with Product and Process Developers to enable and accelerate innovation activity across our kitchens and facilities.
In this hands-on role, you will help prepare and manage ingredients, assist with sample creation and testing, maintain exceptional hygiene and safety standards, oversee equipment and facilities, and support the accurate recording and dispatch of samples, ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of our R&D environment.

What Experience You'll Need To Have
A genuine interest in food and awareness of the meat-free food category
Proactive, hands-on approach with excellent attention to detail
Excellent organisation and communication skills with an ability to manage multiple priorities
Competency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel and Teams)
Ideally present a background in a food manufacturing/preparation environment previously
A passion for healthy, sustainable products which are better for our consumers and the planet – you don’t have to be a vegetarian to work for Quorn!
The Recruitment Process

1st Stage - 30-45 minute Microsoft Teams introductory call with our R&D Facilities Manager & Resourcing Partner
2nd Stage - in-person/on-site interview with our R&D team with a walk around our facilities
