You will be part of our Nordic commercial team, with end-to-end responsibility for developing our partnership with Kesko in Finland while leading our field sales operations. In this role, you will work cross-functionally with colleagues across Sales, Marketing, Product, and Finance to drive sustainable growth. You will also be part of an international organization where collaboration across markets is the norm.
We are looking for a proactive, solution-oriented commercial professional with a bold mindset and a genuine can-do attitude. You will report to the Head of Finland, based in Helsinki. The position is based in Helsinki.
Main responsibilities:
- Act as the primary point of contact for key customers, developing and strengthening strategic customer relationships, and leading customer presentations and negotiations
- Lead and collaborate with our field sales team, including both internal colleagues and external partners
- Think broadly across sales, supply, cost/margin, marketing insights and people to develop and execute a winning commercial strategy & plan for our customers
- Ensure all account management responsibilities are executed effectively, including annual growth plans, JBPs, promotional planning and analysis, accurate forecasting and customer administration
- Operate effectively and efficiently during periods of volatility, uncertainty, complexity and ambiguity
We are looking for team member who has:
- At least 3–5 years of relevant experience within FMCG
- Experience managing a major retail account, with strong skills in negotiation, analysis, and category management
- Experience in strategy development, business development, or similar roles
- A university or college education and experience working in FMCG.
- Excellent communication and language skills: fluency in Finnish and English
