We are seeking a committed and proactive Human Resources Assistant to join our HR team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing operational and administrative support to the department, contributing to the efficient execution of HR processes and daily activities.
Responsibilities
- Manage employee benefits, time and attendance records, vacation schedules, and employee data updates.
- Support the preparation of HR reports, spreadsheets, and presentations.
- Collaborate on various departmental projects, ensuring operational efficiency.
- Maintain both physical and digital employee files and records.
Requirements
- Previous experience in Human Resources activities is considered an asset.
- Basic knowledge of labor laws and HR management systems.
- Strong interpersonal communication and teamwork skills.
- Well-organized, detail-oriented, and able to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- A degree in Business Administration, Psychology, Human Resources Management, or a related field is a plus.
