Quorn Foods are delighted to be recruiting for a Retail focused Sales & Marketing Executive to focus on our business in the Nordic market.
What You'll Be Responsible For
You will play a key role in supporting the delivery of Quorn’s Nordic commercial strategy, combining direct account management with the local execution of global brand campaigns.
You will manage relationships with selected national retail accounts, supporting budget delivery and long-term growth plans through excellent customer partnership and commercial execution. You will also contribute to demand planning activities, providing forecasting insights, highlighting risks and opportunities, and supporting the successful launch of new products and initiatives.
Alongside your commercial responsibilities, you will coordinate local marketing activity, ensuring global brand campaigns are effectively adapted for the Nordic market. You will also provide operational support across the region, including administration, master data management, forecasting inputs and system maintenance, acting as a key user of SAP and customer-specific platforms.
This is an exciting opportunity to join a purpose-led global food business where you will gain broad exposure across sales, marketing and commercial operations, while helping bring sustainable, category-leading products to consumers across Europe.
This position will be based out of our office in Central Helsingborg, therefore candidates are required to be based in this region for locality to customers and the wider team. We invest heavily in the training and development of our colleagues and future opportunity within the business will be available for high performers.
What Experience You'll Need To Have
Degree level qualification, along with initial commercial background within an FMCG environment
Knowledge of the Swedish Retail landscape
Demonstrate a hunger to constantly hunt for new opportunities whilst implementing channel and customer strategies
A clear passion for food & our products
Clear, structured and communicative approach whilst demonstrating an ability to prioritise and a win-win attitude
Budget management and data analysis ability along with excellent negotiation, communication and presentation skills
Fluency in both Swedish & English
