The Role: The Global Regulatory Manager - Food Additive/Fungicide manages global regulatory affairs related to the development, approval, and maintenance of AgroFresh's SO2 products, working closely with R&D, regional regulatory managers, suppliers, legal, and government authorities.
Responsibilities:
- Build registration strategies for targeted markets, supporting new SO2 product development
- - Coordinate and monitor product/active ingredient studies with CROs
- - Lead the regulatory submission process, preparing and reviewing dossiers
- - Build annual budget for regulatory SO2 projects
- - Work with operations on sourcing of active ingredients
- - Act as key point of contact with regulatory agencies (EPA, EFSA, etc.) and industry groups
- - Maintain accurate records in AgroFresh's regulatory database
Requirements:
- Advanced degree in a related technical area (Toxicology, Residue Chemistry, etc.); Master's required, PhD preferred
- - 5-7 years of prior Ag regulatory experience
- - Working knowledge of pesticide registration requirements with key agencies
- - Proficiency in English required
