The Programme

Bunge's 18-month Engineering Trainee Program across EMEA offers an outstanding opportunity to gain hands-on experience in Bunge's industrial business operations. If you are a recent or upcoming engineering graduate with 0-2 years of experience and interested in industrial operations, read on and apply.
Launch Your Future Career
Start in one of our facilities across the region and join our day-to-day operations. This comprehensive international program is designed to immerse you in Bunge's industrial business operations. You will gain valuable practical experience at one of our state-of-the-art crushing, refining, or packaging facilities, learning both regionally as a group and individually through daily operational tasks.
Program highlights include:
• Gain industry and Bunge business knowledge: learn about the agribusiness industry and gain knowledge about roles and responsibilities within Bunge
• Global professional network: meet and work with professionals across the organization and in an international setting; engage with and learn from top professionals and global leaders

Upon successful completion of the 18-month program, trainees will transition into a role in the business unit that complements both the needs of the company and the trainee's career interests and personal strengths.
Who Are We Looking For?
• Graduates with 0-2 years of previous work experience with an interest in the agribusiness or food production sectors. Typical engineering education considered: Reliability & Maintenance, Mechanical, Electrical, Automation, Process Engineering, Chemical, Project Management, Quality, Food, Manufacturing Excellence, Continuous Improvement and Environmental Sciences
• Enthusiasts with an international attitude eager to learn and contribute to an impactful industry, bringing strong analytical, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills
• A good level of English is required; local languages may be required in some locations

Our 2026 trainee opportunities are based in facilities across Poland, Ghana, Austria, Ukraine, Spain, Italy and Germany.
