Paid Traineeship Programme in the Quality Assurance Department (Industrial Operations Trainee)
Location: Brzeg, Poland
Full-time, Monday to Friday
Your Responsibilities
• Take part in an 18-month traineeship programme, after which we offer the opportunity of long-term employment
• Learn day to day within a supportive team in the Quality Assurance department and develop your skills at the Brzeg plant
• Manage and participate in a range of projects at the plant
• Work with quality documentation and reporting
• Participate in audits
What We Expect
• A completed engineering or master's degree - for example in Biotechnology, Food Technology, Quality Management or a related field. If you have not yet defended your thesis, we still encourage you to apply
• A good level of Polish and English
• A proactive approach, commitment, and a focus on development
