The Programme
Are you ready to start your career with a global leader in agribusiness and food production? Bunge's 18-month EMEA Engineering Trainee Programme offers an excellent opportunity to gain practical experience in Bunge's industrial operations. If you are a recent or upcoming engineering graduate with 0-2 years of experience and are interested in working in production, read on and apply.

Programme Overview
You will start at one of our sites - the Dnipro oilseed extraction plant - learning together as a group at regional level and individually at local level through day-to-day activities. Trainees take part in a comprehensive international training programme designed to build an understanding of the operations, processes and technologies of Bunge's crushing, processing and packaging facilities.

Who We Typically Hire
• Graduates with 0-2 years of previous work experience who are interested in the agribusiness or food production sectors. Typical engineering education considered: Mechanical Engineering & Equipment Maintenance, and Food Technology
• Enthusiasts with an international outlook who are eager to learn and contribute to an impactful industry, bringing strong analytical, problem-solving and interpersonal skills
• A good level of English is required
