Graduate Stream 1: Operations – Engineering – Maintenance (2 Years FTC)
Operations: Gain practical experience across the Operations team, supporting day-to-day activities. Work with operational teams to understand Danone's three main production processes, monitor performance and identify improvement opportunities that contribute to delivering safe, reliable, high-quality products.
Engineering: Develop technical knowledge through exposure to Engineering projects and activities, working alongside engineers to support the design, development and implementation of technical solutions while gaining insight into project management, problem-solving and continuous improvement.
Maintenance: Build understanding of Maintenance by supporting the planning, coordination and execution of maintenance activities. Gain hands-on experience in maintenance systems, performance monitoring and continuous improvement methodologies, collaborating with cross-functional teams on equipment and process improvements.
Graduate Job 2: Quality – Supply Chain – Health & Safety (2 Years FTC)
Quality: Support onsite quality assurance and quality control activities, helping to ensure compliance with food safety, quality and regulatory requirements. Gain hands-on experience in audit preparation, investigations, data analysis and continuous improvement projects.
Supply Chain: Gain hands-on experience in a fast-paced manufacturing environment, supporting production scheduling, planning activities and a variety of supply chain projects, including administrative tasks, data analysis, reporting and cross-functional coordination.
Health & Safety: Be a key part of the Health and Safety team, assisting in the implementation of the WISE2 Roadmap and associated projects, helping to raise awareness and drive a positive Health & Safety culture.
Graduate Job 3: Human Resources – Finance (1.5 Year FTC)
Human Resources: Support the wider HR team in daily functions, including projects such as pay transparency implementation, updating job descriptions, and HR administration processes.
Finance: Support cost analysis and cost reviews for Budget and Forecast preparation, contribute to digitalisation projects enhancing Power BI reports, and support preparations for internal audits.

• Relevant recent third-level qualification in a related discipline.
• Effective team worker, able to work across various functions and levels of the business.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal and networking skills, able to build effective relationships and influence a wide variety of stakeholders.
• Proactive, highly motivated, with a self-starter attitude.
• Able to work on own initiative, unsupervised at times.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint), with the ability to learn new systems.
