Quorn Foods are delighted to be recruiting for a Supply Planning Manager to join our Supply Chain team based in Leeds.
What You'll Be Responsible For
This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in shaping and delivering Quorn's supply planning strategy across our manufacturing and external supply network. Reporting to the Head of Supply Network, you'll be responsible for translating demand, commercial priorities and portfolio plans into a credible, cost-effective and executable supply plan, ensuring the right balance between customer service, inventory, cost, cash and operational capability. You'll also lead and develop our Scheduling team, helping to build a high-performing planning function that drives operational excellence.
Working closely with stakeholders across Supply Chain, Operations, Commercial and Finance, you'll lead the supply planning inputs into the S&OP process, ensuring constraints, risks, opportunities and trade-offs are clearly understood and acted upon.
You'll drive robust production and inventory planning, support new product launches and portfolio changes, and identify opportunities to improve planning processes, governance and business performance. You'll also play a key role in developing planning capability, improving data quality and embedding a culture of continuous improvement across the wider organisation.
What Experience You'll Need To Have
Demonstrable background in supply planning, production planning, inventory management or a related supply chain discipline, ideally within food, FMCG or complex manufacturing
Experience leading and developing planning professionals while building team capability and performance
Strong knowledge of S&OP/IBP processes, constraint management and scenario planning
Excellent end-to-end supply chain understanding with the ability to balance service, cost, cash and operational requirements
SAP or comparable ERP/MRP experience alongside advanced Excel skills
Excellent analytical, communication, influencing and stakeholder management capabilities
