Job Overview:
As a Production Worker you will assist and support in our production environment ensuring a smooth production flow, while maintaining high quality and safety standards. This role requires attention to detail, adherence to safety & quality protocols, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced and changing environment.
What is expected of you?
Adhere to workplace safety regulations and company policies (house rules, employee handbook).
Ensure all cleaning procedures are followed.
Follow instructions and manuals. (standard operating procedures)
Work according to our Quality guidelines.
Report any deviations on above mentioned criteria.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the work area
Pack and repack (semi) finished products.
Assist in running the production lines.
Wet cleaning of the production lines and tools using chemical solutions/ regulated chemicals.
Operate the industrial dishwasher.
Flow to the work: You will be rotating through the 2 medium care production locations and the packing area. On all 3 locations you will get a training, so you are able to assist the operators during daily jobs. Additional tasks in other areas of the factory can be requested.

Take care of the prescribed cleaning working environment, so that hygiene is guaranteed
What you'll bring:
Experience in the food industry is an advantage
Knowledge of HACCP
You are involved and have an eye for quality
You are eager to learn and coachable
You have good communication skills in the Dutch and/or English language
You like a good atmosphere and you adopt a collegial attitude
You feel at home in a production environment
You are accurate
You are used to dealing with MHE (Mechanized Handling Equipment).
