Requirements
Higher-education diploma or equivalent experience. At least five years in logistics operational management. Experience with Lean, Six Sigma or change management. Strong organisation, planning, leadership, coaching, communication and decision-making. Able to lead larger teams, remain resilient and flexible, and balance oversight with practical operational realities.
