About the role
The HR Business Partner serves as a strategic advisor to business leaders, aligning People & Culture strategies with organizational objectives. The role partners with leaders to strengthen employee engagement, leadership effectiveness, workforce planning, performance management, and organizational culture while ensuring compliance with employment laws and company policies. This is an individual-contributor role focused on strategic partnership. The position is fully on-site in Vacaville, California.
Responsibilities
• Partner with business leaders on organizational priorities and workforce needs; provide guidance on organizational effectiveness, talent planning, and engagement.
• Use workforce data to identify opportunities, support organizational change, and promote inclusive leadership.
• Partner on onboarding, performance management, employee development, retention, and talent initiatives; coach managers on leadership practices.
• Advise on employee relations and conflict resolution; ensure compliance with employment laws, company policies, and People & Culture procedures; maintain confidentiality.
• Collaborate across departments on People & Culture initiatives, analyze workforce metrics, recommend process improvements, and streamline HR service delivery.
Full-time, fully on-site. Thistle-listed base salary: $100,000–$110,000 per year.
