Innovate with us as a Senior Launch Program Manager for the Kellogg Company. You will play a key role in the overall management and success of multiple new product launches, product improvements, line extensions, and regulatory programs that drive business results.
What you’ll be doing:
• Develop, organize, manage, and execute complex projects, delivering to cost, schedule, and performance while providing leadership and direction to cross-functional project teams.
• Ensure the Innovation Process and Program enables completion of key activities so senior management has appropriate information to make timely portfolio decisions.
• Foresee potential business or technical issues and proactively address them, ensuring contingency plans are available from each function to deliver category goals.
• Advance and evaluate timely, cost-effective improvements, concepts, developments, and technical insight.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, provide strategic input to plan and prioritize project approvals and milestones, and support efficient use of resources.
• Demonstrate leadership within Launch Program Management and R&D, supporting company philosophy and capability building.
Requirements: Bachelor’s degree, ideally in Engineering, Food Science, Business, or a related field, with extensive experience in R&D, Engineering, Operations, or Business Management, preferably at a CPG company. Strong communication, negotiation, alignment, and leadership skills preferred.
