Full-time, onsite TRIO Community Meals role in Detroit, Michigan. Assist with oversight of culinary, safety, sanitation, and operations functions. Recruit, train, and retain a large staffing team; ensure high-quality food and friendly service; and support an efficient, professional, and profitable operation.
Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent; at least two years of supervisory experience and two years of foodservice experience; financial responsibility; strong communication and customer-service skills. ServSafe Manager certification and an associate’s or bachelor’s degree are preferred.
Compensation: $60,000–$70,000 annually.
