Where You’ll Make a Difference

Develop and execute account plans for global, regional, or category customers.
Lead commercial negotiations (pricing, contracts, payment terms, savings agreements).
Build multi-level, cross-functional relationships with key customer stakeholders.
Monitor KPIs and ensure commercial targets are met.
Act as the main point of contact for customers across all interactions with IFF.
Coordinate internal teams (Marketing, Creative, Operations, Regulatory) to ensure aligned delivery.
Promote portfolio solutions aligned with company strategy and customer needs.
Manage monthly sales forecasts and financial analysis.
Conduct retrospective reviews of project wins and losses.
Influence customer briefs and lead commercial kick-offs with stakeholders.
Ensure regulatory compliance and update internal systems accordingly.
Monitor competitors, market trends, and innovation opportunities.
Defend and grow existing accounts while prospecting new business opportunities.

What Makes You the Right Fit

3–5 years of experience in sales, product development, or marketing, preferably in fragrance, cosmetics, FMCG, ingredients, or chemical industries.
Analytical mindset with strong understanding of financial concepts (pricing, margin, forecasting).
Knowledge of product development, consumer behavior, and market trends.
Olfactive skills or expertise in skincare and biochemistry (where applicable).
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Experience in project management and cross-functional collaboration.
Fluent in English and comfortable working across cultures.
Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s degree preferred in Business, Marketing, Chemistry, Biology, Arts or Fashion.
