Process Engineer

Where You’ll Make a Difference

Demonstrate competency in specific technology areas or applications, using your expertise to develop value-creating solutions for project teams and stakeholders
Manage more than one project assigned by supervision, you will have the responsibility for the experimental aspects of the project and provide high quality data
You will recognize and find ways to improve the quality of the experimental/work of the team, delivering quality results and solutions to complex problems;
Plans schedules and determines resources to drive results to meet objectives;
Seek and implements new ideas to solve problems and make innovative contributions.

What Makes You the Right Fit

Master’s or Bachelor degree in Chemistry, Food or any other relevant discipline.
Ability to effectively identify processes and strategies
Excellent influencing skills, business knowledge and building relations
Strong project management skills, disciplined and willing to embrace diversity.
Ability to deliver in a fast changing environment with good prioritization skills.
Proficiency in English and Dutch
