Work as production specialist/engineer on general operations department supports, including process/equipment problem solving, continuous improvement projects management, operations system local utilization, SOP management, etc.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
• 工艺与设备问题解决：分析并解决生产过程中的工艺、设备及操作问题，提出优化方案
Analyze and resolve process, equipment, and operational issues in production, proposing optimization plans.
• 项目管理与持续改进：主导MOC（变更管理）或持续改进项目，推动效率提升和成本优化
Lead MOC (Management of Change) or continuous improvement projects to enhance efficiency and reduce costs.
• 生产功能性描述的开发与维护以实现生产工程自动化
Develop and maintain functional description to automatize production process.
• MES系统建立：与总公司项目团队合作将MES系统本土化
Establish MES (Manufacturing Execution System): Collaborated with global team to localize MES system.
• 制定和更新标准操作程序（SOP）
Develop and update Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to ensure compliance with production standards.
• 跨部门协作与支持：与质量、研发等部门协作，提供技术支持和培训
Collaborate with quality, R&D, and other departments to provide technical support and training.
REQUIREMENTS:
• 学历与专业：大学本科及以上学历，生物工程、化学工程或相关专业
Bachelor’s degree or above in Bioscience, Chemical Engineering, or related fields.
• 语言能力：具备流利的口语沟通能力（跨国邮件、会议）
Fluent oral, reading and writing English skills for cross-border communication.
• 出色的逻辑思维和数据分析能力，能独立完成复杂问题诊断
Strong logical thinking and data analysis skills for independent problem-solving.
• 熟练使用Office软件（Word/Excel/PPT）,有自动化或数据分析工具经验优先（DeltaV / Python /
POWEBI / JMP / Minitab）
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word / Excel / PowerPoint)
Familiarity with industrial automation / data analysis tools (DeltaV / Python / POWEBI / JMP / Minitab) is preferred.
• 应急处理与承压能力：在紧急状况下快速响应，保障生产稳定性，展现良好的承压能力
Respond promptly to emergencies to ensure production stability, demonstrating strong stress tolerance.
• 具备制造业3年以上相关经验，有项目管理经验者优先
3+ years of experience in manufacturing, with project management experience preferred.
