HOW YOU WILL CONTRIBUTE:
As EAME Consumer Insights Associate, you will support Fabric Care category Consumer Insights projects for global, regional customers.
You will help define consumer research design, both qualitative & quantitative, and align approach with cross- functional teams.
You will drive the definition of assumptions and learning needs with Commercial and Creative teams to ensure business objectives are clearly defined. Analyzing results to generate insights, the Consumer Insights Associate is a pivotal role to help IFF target customer opportunities ensuring growth.
This job role involves collaborating closely with the Senior Consumer Insights - Group Lead and various internal and external partners on multiple projects.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE:
Collecting status updates to ensure project tasks are completed on time.
Managing research agencies for qualitative and quantitative projects, ensuring adherence to research guidelines.
Conducting statistical analysis using internal tools.
Supporting the Senior Consumer Insights - Group Lead in building reports and analyzing consumer tests.
Designing and coordinating consumer research for Fabric initiatives, including planning fieldwork, managing data, and presenting insights.
Communicating results and recommendations effectively to both internal and external stakeholders.
Generating recommendations for creative design improvements and identifying customer opportunities.
Providing insights on consumer, product, and fragrance in collaboration with various teams.
Managing the CI budget for projects, ensuring efficient use of resources.
Working closely with the Sr CI Group Lead to align with business priorities and drive sales growth.
ESSENTIAL SKILLS
Master’s or bachelor’s degree in marketing , Market Research, Business, Statistics, Psychology, Behavioral Sciences, or any other relevant discipline
Strong numerical and analytical skills; critical and strategic thinking and passionate about understanding consumer’s behavior
Strong and effective communicator both verbally and written with an ability to communicate with all levels in the organization (technical, business, executive)
Experience using qualitative and quantitative research methods and have experience bridging the gap between quantitative and qualitative data streams
Experience in problem solving, fast-moving environments, dealing with change and a strong business sense
Organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects at one time
Self-starter and self-learner
Highly fluent in English: Written, verbal, listening, reading
ESSENTIAL EXPERIENCE
Minimum 4 years of consumer research with 360 project management experience in a relevant industry having led a country project from beginning to end (planning, coordinating, executing, building presentation and delivering it to internal/external customers)
Track record in research design & methodology
Ability to think beyond traditional testing methods, passionate in finding creative ways to test and connect with consumers
Desirable working experience in Market Research operations and product testing research
Experience in consumer research techniques and appropriate statistical knowledge
Demonstrated ability in building effective relationships or partnerships across multiple functional areas in a matrix environment
Willing to travel as needed
