In this role, you will lead the Planning, Inventory and Logistics teams at the Carrollton Site. You will work with Quality, Operations, Commercial and Customers to develop annual production goals, facilitate monthly forecasting targets, and drive execution tactics in support of the SIOP process. You will also collaborate with Procurement team members to ensure supply of critical raw materials and partner with Commercial associates to support sales volume and margin objectives. You will manage inventory to reduce SLOB, reduce inventory costs and improve service. You will drive planning, scheduling, and warehousing activities and support capacity and working capital improvement initiatives as part of the Operations Leadership team

Job Responsibilities:
Service:
- End-to-end responsibility to lead service improvements for the site cross-functionally.
- Work in close collaboration with customer, customer service, demand planning, raw material planning, production and planning streams/systems to ensure excellent service level to customers.
- Collaborate cross-functionally to identify and deliver on Raw Material needs.
- Monitor critical supply constraints & escalate supply issues
- Lead the SC response to escalations/expedites.
Inventory:
- Design and maintain an inventory strategy which drives cost efficiencies while meeting service level targets with considerations of pipeline, attrition, and base business.
- Lead the analysis and review of slow moving and obsolete inventory. Manage reserve projections.
- Product life cycle management; review changes to existing business, new / lost business, and review formulation changes to mitigate risk.
Department Leadership:
- Develop training programs, manuals and methods of implementation to assure stable and best practice execution of planning.
- Provide training and support career development for local, Planning Professionals. Succession planning.
- Implement performance management system (KPI) for supply chain teams.
- Ensure Master Data is current, and a process is in place to review and update.
Cross Functional SC Improvements:
- Analyze current processes and procedures and develop Continuous Improvement Initiatives to to increase improve service and inventory performance.
- Co-lead (with Production Management) and encourage programs for more efficiency and reduced cost in production. (i.e. efficient planning, batch size optimization and cycle time reduction
General
- Safety Compliance: Ensure tasks are completed safely; enforce safety rules; work with EHS and Food Safety teams to promote safety culture.
- Employee Engagement: Promote employee ownership and engagement in EHS activities.
- Incident Investigation: Support incident investigation system; ensure proper classification and root cause analysis; implement corrective actions in areas of responsibility.
Job Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain management, Logistics, Business, Engineering, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
- 10+ years of experience in supply chain management in Flavor or related industry.
- Strong knowledge of raw material sourcing (flavor ingredients) and manufacturing processes.
- Proficient user of Microsoft Excel.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication.
- Proficiency in ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics) and supply chain analytics tools.
- Experience with Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, or other process improvement methodologies.
- Excellent negotiation, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Knowledge of Inventory Management, Capacity Analysis, and supply chain best practices.
