We are seeking a Sales Analyst / Sales Support professional to provide support to key accounts, driving performance through detailed analysis, and sales monitoring. This role is critical to streamline daily operations, generate commercial insights, and contribute to long-term customer strategy.
- Support long-term sales plans aligned with strategic objectives;
- Analyze sales performance and portfolio dynamics, with a focus on product launches and promotions;
- Generate customer reports and dashboards using Excel and Power BI;
- Coordinate commercial projects and activities in systems such as PUMA and SAP;
- Act as liaison with internal creative and technical teams (e.g., Perfumery Creation, Regulatory, Shipping);
- Maintain up-to-date documentation including MSDS, IFRA, and regulatory compliance updates;
Profile Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Finance, or a related field;
- 1+ year experience preferred in the fragrance, cosmetics, or home & personal care industry;
- Advanced English proficiency required;
- High analytical capabilities with commercial acumen and marketing mindset;
- Proficiency in Excel (mandatory), and experience with PUMA systems or another Project Management Opreational system (desirable);
- Resilient, detail-oriented, and well-organized under pressure;
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills—able to collaborate internally and externally;
- Open to growth toward an Account Management career path.
