The Marketing Manager will own the development and execution of the Benelux marketing strategy — from building awareness and launching products to driving retail sell-through and engaging foodservice partners. This is a high-impact, hands-on role that requires a balance of strategic thinking and operational excellence.

Your mission:
Brand & Marketing Strategy
Localize and execute the European marketing strategy for Benelux, tailored to regional market dynamics
Develop and implement annual brand and activation plans across retail and foodservice channels
Campaign Management
Lead integrated marketing campaigns (digital, trade, PR, influencer, in-store, events) from concept to execution
Collaborate with agencies and partners to ensure creative excellence and brand consistency
Digital & Performance Marketing
Manage digital campaigns across paid and organic channels to support brand awareness and conversion
Optimize online performance and content strategy in collaboration with the global digital team
Retail & Trade Marketing
Partner with Sales and Trade Marketing to deliver best-in-class retail visibility and shopper engagement
Drive in-store initiatives, sampling activations, and seasonal campaigns
Product Launches & Innovation
Build and execute go-to-market strategies for new product introductions
Act as the voice of the consumer and the market in cross-functional NPD discussions
Insights & Budget Management
Analyze market data (e.g. Nielsen, GfK) and consumer insights to drive marketing decisions
Manage the local marketing budget and report on campaign performance and ROI
What you'll bring:
5–8 years of experience in marketing roles within FMCG, food, or lifestyle brands
Strong experience in brand management, digital marketing, and retail/trade marketing
Familiarity with the Benelux market and consumer behavior
Hands-on and proactive, with a bias for action and accountability
A team player with strong interpersonal and communication skills
Fluent in English and Dutch (French is a plus)
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field
