In this Cincinnati-based role, you will be an important partner supporting commercial decision-making and driving financial performance across the Taste & Wellbeing division. You will influence budget planning, evaluate performance, and identify opportunities for growth and improvement. You'll also collaborate with Sales and Marketing teams to strengthen campaign effectiveness and resource allocation. You will provide meaningful financial insights, ensuring data accuracy, and reporting that help shape strategy and guide our priorities.

You will:
Financial Performance Reporting
• Lead annual budget (financial and non-financial) for commercial units.
• Perform monthly review of actual performance versus target/prior year with commercial leadership.
• Perform ad-hoc and proactive analysis to support the Commercial organization.
Financial Planning
• Provide guidance to Commercial team, identify opportunities, and develop corrective actions to meet financial and non-financial targets.
• Help develop the regional commercial 5-year business plan and annual operating budgets.
Sales & Marketing Support
• Support Sales & Marketing in planning efficient campaigns.
Processes and Tools
• Support process improvement programs in the region, including improving and automating reporting.
Your Profile:
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, or Accounting.
• 5+ years of experience in a commercial controller or similar role
• Proven track record of driving business growth and improving financial performance
• Strong understanding of financial markets, regulations, and industry trends
• Advanced Excel skills and experience with financial planning and analysis tools
• Business partnering and project management experience.
Ideal candidate profile
• Master of business administration (MBA).
• Proficiency with SAP (Finance and Operations modules).
• Experience in a multinational or matrixed organization.
• Background in the FMCG, ingredients, or manufacturing industry.
