Where You’ll Make a Difference
Evaluate raw materials and new technologies introduced by R&D.
Participate in special projects, including Re-imagine platforms.
Collaborate with multi-disciplinary teams across Creation, GRA, Operations, and more.
Learn and apply cost optimization techniques in flavor formulation.
Build knowledge of global and regional flavor legislation.
Interpret and utilize PX (Product Experience) data to support creative projects.
Gain hands-on experience in production processes: Liquid Compounding, Powder Blending, and Spray Drying.
Use IT tools to assess formulation changes across countries and factories.
Understand IFF’s business strategy, core technologies, and customer segmentation.
What Makes You the Right Fit
Graduate of IFF Flavorist School or equivalent external program or at least 2–3 years of experience as a trainee in a flavor creation environment.
Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Life Sciences, or related field.
Strong understanding of the creative process and its impact on cost and performance.
Familiarity with flavor industry trends and IFF’s competitive positioning.
Ability to manage project data and communicate effectively with stakeholders.
Experience modifying formulations to meet customer or business criteria.
Strong collaboration skills with cross-functional teams
