As our project portfolio is growing, we’re now looking for new Laboratory Technologist to strengthen our capabilities and help shape the future of food ingredients!
In this role, you’ll be deeply involved in both routine and exploratory lab work, supporting projects that impact global food solutions. We are a small, dedicated team of scientists/engineers and technologists, collaborating to deliver high-quality research and development. Based in Brabrand, Denmark, you will report to the Technical Lead and work in a dynamic environment where innovation and teamwork go hand in hand.
What You’ll Do
- Daily laboratory work, such as ingredient functionality testing and characterization
- Plan and coordinate tasks with fellow technologists and scientists
- Report results to project leaders
- Implement new analytical methods and carry out lab synthesis
- Expand our rheological characterization capabilities
- Perform analytical work for raw material qualification
- Occasionally participate in pilot plant activities
- Ensure safe, structured and collaborative lab routines
Responsibility level in all tasks will depend on your prior experience and competencies.
What We’re Looking For
- Education as a Laboratory Technician or Professional Bachelor in a relevant field of study
- A few years of prior experience in a similar role
- Strong planning and organizational skills
- Professional proficiency in both English and Danish
