We’ve built a strong presence on Amazon and are now launching our own D2C webshop to bring our brands and values even closer to customers. At the same time, we are integrating new brands into our portfolio and entering an exciting next stage of growth: more customer-centricity, a clearer expression of our brand values, and a more strategic approach to how we build and scale our categories.
To support this journey, we’re looking for a strategic and proactive Brand & Category Manager who will shape how our brands grow, evolve, and show up across all touchpoints.
About the Role
The Brand & Category Manager plays a central role in building the Vanatari brands. You will work closely with the Brand Management Lead, the CEO, and cross-functional teams across product development, eCommerce, design, and marketing. The role offers significant ownership, with the opportunity to independently lead key initiatives, categories, or brand areas depending on your strengths and experience.

Key Responsibilities
Act as a brand guardian across processes, projects, and teams
Co-shape the brand strategy for Vanatari brands, including positioning, tone of voice, values, and visual identity
Ensure consistent brand storytelling across Amazon, D2C, packaging, campaigns, and social media
Analyse competition, market trends, and consumer data to identify insights and opportunities for brand, communication, portfolio, and innovation development
Build clear, actionable briefs that guide communication and portfolio developments
Collaborate closely with product development, eCommerce, design, and marketing
Contribute to portfolio, assortment, pricing, messaging, and launch strategies
Coordinate marketing planning, including budget allocation, content calendars, and key activations
Lead defined initiatives or sub-categories & oversee complex projects end-to-end, from strategic groundwork to commercial implementation
Requirements
3+ years of experience in brand management, brand building, or brand consulting
Background in health, supplements, functional food, wellness, or online/DTC is a strong plus, experience with social and influencer marketing beneficial
Strong strategic and analytical thinker with creative instinct, brand sensitivity, and a data-savvy approach
High self-initiative, structured working style, and strong briefing skills
Genuine interest in health, nutrition, and wellness
Fluent in English; German is a strong plus
