Where You’ll Make a Difference
- Support the SDM team during evaluation meetings, ensuring smooth coordination and timely assistance.
- Collect and organize general data to provide a solid foundation for reporting and analysis tasks.
- Assist with daily administrative responsibilities, including accurate data entry and document management.
- Prepare meeting materials and related documentation to ensure completeness and timely delivery.
- Maintain and update data records regularly to guarantee accuracy and consistency across systems.
- Provide support for ad-hoc tasks as needed, helping the team maintain efficient workflows.
- Communicate effectively with team members to ensure transparency in task allocation and execution.
- Offer basic analytical support when required to help the team make data-driven decisions.
What Makes You the Right Fit
- Good command of English both verbal and written.
- Major in Flavor & Fragrance.
- Have a bachelor or master degree.
- Able to work at least 6 months and 2 days a week.
How Would You Stand Out?
- Good communication skills, Flavor & Fragrance working experience would be an advantage.
- Ability to manage repetitive tasks efficiently.
