- 🔍 Transform business needs into actionable technical requirements.
- 🛠️ Design and implement modular data pipelines with quality checks.
- 📊 Monitor and report on data health metrics, spotting anomalies and trends.
- 🔐 Ensure secure storage, transfer, and backup of scent-related data.
- 🤝 Act as the technical point of contact for Perfumery, R&D, and related teams.
- 🔄 Support technical change management with minimal disruption.
- ✅ Collaborate with Regulatory teams to ensure compliance (IFRA, GDPR, CCPA).
- 📂 Implement solutions for data retention, archiving, and disposal.
- 📝 Provide technical and documentary support during audits.
✅ What Makes You the Right Fit
- 🎓 Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Data Engineering, Chemistry, or related field.
- 💼 3–5 years of experience in data operations or engineering.
- 🧹 Skilled in data profiling, cleansing, and monitoring.
- ☁️ Experience with Azure Data Factory, Snowflake, or Databricks.
- 🐍 Strong knowledge of SQL, Python, or similar scripting languages.
- 🔗 Familiarity with ETL processes and data integration tools.
- 📚 Understanding of data governance frameworks and documentation standards.
- 🔒 Expertise in data security, privacy, and compliance requirements.
- 🤝 Ability to work independently and collaboratively across teams.
