About the Role
As Sample Coordinator, you’ll handle daily sample requests using SAP/IFFMAN, prepare samples, and maintain accurate stock records. You’ll coordinate with creative teams, manage expiry dates, and ensure all documentation is completed for compliance. This role is critical to supporting customer needs and internal quality standards.
Where You’ll Make a Difference
- Process daily sample requests and prepare items for shipment within agreed timelines.
- Maintain accurate stock records in SAP/IFFMAN and monitor expiry dates.
- Prepare documentation including Certificates of Analysis and delivery notes.
- Coordinate with creative teams for first-time sample requests and repackaging.
- Order consumables and packaging to replenish stock.
- Manage sample lab queue and report priorities daily.
- Support compliance with external audits and standards (ISO14001, FSSC, SEDEX).
- Communicate with internal teams and customers regarding sample status and delays.
