Job responsibilities:
1. Development of protein analysis methods: Design, develop, and optimize methods for protein characterization and quality analysis, including but not limited to antibody mass spectrometry analysis, antibody structure analysis, and antibody druggability analysis.
2. Method validation and transfer: Responsible for the validation of analytical methods and the implementation of technology transfer for production.
3. Problem solving: Address complex technical issues encountered during protein analysis and propose effective technical solutions.
4. Project support: Provide analytical support for internal research and development, process development, and production, ensuring accurate and reliable data.
5. Document management and reporting: Write experimental plans, experimental reports, verification reports, standard operating procedures, etc.
6. Team Collaboration and Guidance: Guide junior scientists or technicians in their daily work, and collaborate with cross-departmental teams to achieve project goals.
Qualification:
1. Educational background: A Ph.D. degree in biochemistry, analytical chemistry, microbiology, food environment or related fields; or a M.Sc. degree with at least 5 years of relevant experience.
2. Technical Skills: Familiar with protein analysis techniques, including but not limited to HPLC/UPLC, LC-MS/MS, capillary electrophoresis, CD, DSC, etc.
Experience in analytical method development is preferred;
3. Industry experience: Candidates with experience in biopharmaceutical, antibody drug, or protein drug research and development are preferred.
4. Data analysis ability: Possess strong data processing and analysis skills, and be proficient in using common instrument analysis software;
5. Communication skills: Excellent written and oral communication skills, able to clearly express complex technical issues and solutions.
6. Teamwork: Possess excellent teamwork spirit and be capable of collaborating efficiently within a multidisciplinary team.
