This role is 100% onsite in Tlalnepantla, operating under rotating shifts
(6:30 am–2:30 pm and 1:30 pm–9:30 pm) and working every other Saturday.
You will join the Global Quality – Taste team within the Microbiology Laboratory, a precise, analytical, and quality‑driven team where together we create meaningful impact. Your potential is our inspiration.
Where You’ll Make a Difference
- Perform microbiological testing of raw materials, materials, and finished products.
- Conduct sampling of materials, environmental monitoring, and surface testing.
- Manage microbiology laboratory activities following GLP, GMP, and food safety practices.
- Oversee lab inventory, reagents, consumables, and logbook management.
- Generate requisitions, coordinate purchasing of supplies, and support equipment calibration and maintenance.
- Send samples to external laboratories and manage follow‑up on results.
- Create, assess, and close quality notifications and out‑of‑specification (OOS) results.
- Update procedures, instructions, forms, and calibration programs.
- Participate in safety, environmental, quality, and food safety activities within the plant.
What Makes You the Right Fit
- Degree in QBP, QFB, Food Engineering, or related fields in regulated industries.
- 2–3 years of experience in microbiology laboratories (preferably food or pharmaceutical sectors).
- Strong experience in material sampling, environmental monitoring, and trend analysis.
- Solid knowledge of Quality Control, GLP, GMP, food safety and microbiology techniques.
- Experience with microbiology laboratory equipment and laboratory waste management.
- Proficiency in SAP Quality transactions and Notifications.
- Ability to work rotating shifts and availability for alternate Saturdays.
- High attention to detail, accuracy, and responsibility in managing analytical results.
- Effective communication and teamwork skills to support internal processes.
