Perform manual duties related to movement of products and materials; verify the physical accuracy of the shipping and receiving function.
The Warehouse Operator is responsible for loading and unloading various types of materials, including raw materials, packaging materials, and finished goods. These materials are handled and loaded onto or unloaded from freight vehicles such as trucks and containers.
In addition, the Warehouse Operator prepares production batches and ensures proper handling and organization of materials. The role is performed within warehouse facilities and supply yards, following established safety, quality and operational procedures.
Scope:
- Report to warehouse supervisor.
- Responsible for achieving the warehouse plan
- Full compliance with safety, Quality and all IFF Policies
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare materials in accordance with shop‑floor printouts, production plans, quality requirements, and approved specifications.
- Maintain clean, orderly, and well‑organized warehouse work areas at all times in compliance with GMP, food safety, and quality standards.
- Escalate and report any safety, quality, or compliance issues to the Warehouse Supervisor in a timely manner.
- Repack raw materials used during preparation and restack them according to their defined classification and storage requirements.
- Load and unload materials and products using forklifts and other approved material‑handling equipment.
- Inspect forklift working conditions before use and report any breakdowns or malfunctions to ensure safe and reliable operation.
- Transport finished goods to and from warehouse gates or loading docks for storage, while checking product condition, quality, and expiry dates.
- Maintain a safe working environment by strictly following and implementing all safety guidelines and standards across the worksite.

Job Requirements:
Education:
- Candidates should have at least a high school degree or any diploma certificate
Experience:
- 2 to 5 Years experience in a similar position.
Language:
- Good command of English (written and verbal).
