Product Development Technologist
Lead innovation and reformulation projects within the Product Development team for Home & Personal Care products
.The role offers a hybrid working model: 3 days on-site and 2 days remote
.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead innovation and reformulation projects in Home & Personal Care (imported products), from ideation to manufacturing and launch
- Own regulatory activities: understanding and implementing regulatory changes, building product dossiers, Ministry of Health portal registration, and product labeling
- Work closely with regulatory authorities, including the Ministry of Health and the Standards Institute
- Collaborate with regional stakeholders and implement global company policies
- Manage multiple cross‑functional interfaces: Quality Assurance, Manufacturing, Planning, Engineering, Marketing, Procurement, and more
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Chemical Engineering, Food Engineering, Chemistry, Pharmacy, or Biotechnology
- At least 2 years of experience in product development
- Previous experience in Home & Personal Care – a strong advantage
- Strong computer skills (Microsoft Office) and digital orientation
- High level of English – reading, writing, and speaking (hands‑on experience)
