Where You’ll Make a Difference
- Monitor and resolve SAP IBP planning alerts and exceptions, simulating scenarios and coordinating solutions with MPS and Procurement.
- Track raw material inventory health, including slow‑moving and obsolete stock; drive actions to meet targets.
- Review and validate the 4–12 week raw material plan to ensure alignment with the Master Production Schedule (MPS).
- Manage purchase requisitions and order proposals, ensuring raw material availability and timely PO creation.
- Define and maintain planning parameters (lot sizes, lead times, MOQ, safety stock) in line with global templates.
- Generate and publish the raw material plan within SAP IBP on the defined cadence.
- Analyze the RM plan, identifying risks, gaps, and opportunities; provide insights to MPS and SIOP Supply Review.
- Escalate supply constraints and collaborate with Production Scheduling to protect customer service levels.
- Partner with Procurement and suppliers to confirm supply, resolve constraints, and execute mitigation plans.
What Makes You the Right Fit
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business, Science, Engineering, or related field.
- 3+ years of experience in materials planning, supply planning, or operations.
- Experience with SAP IBP (order‑based planning/Excel add‑in) or similar advanced planning systems.
- Familiarity with SAP ECC/S4 master data.
- Strong analytical skills; comfortable with scenario modeling and exception‑based planning.
- Excellent communication abilities and proven cross‑functional collaboration.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Office tools.
- Advanced English proficiency (spoken, written, reading).
- Strong problem‑solving skills and a continuous improvement mindset.
How You Would Stand Out
- APICS/CPIM or CSCP certification.
- Experience in Health & Biosciences, chemicals, or manufacturing environments.
- English language skills.
