We are looking for a Human Resources Intern to support the different processes within the HR department, including recruitment, training, administration, and the follow-up of internal initiatives. The ideal candidate is organized, proactive, has strong analytical skills, and feels comfortable interacting with different teams.
It is essential that the candidate is currently enrolled as a student; otherwise, they will not be considered.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the design, coordination, and execution of HR programs such as onboarding, leadership development, training sessions, and engagement initiatives.
- Coordinate logistics for HR events, workshops, town halls, and internal communications activities.
- Assist in the creation of presentations, training materials, communication decks, and guides for HR initiatives.
- Manage and follow up on the corporate onboarding experience, ensuring a smooth integration for new hires.
- Provide support in employer branding and internal culture initiatives.
- Address employee inquiries by providing guidance on HR platforms, policies, and processes through ticketing systems.
- Provide general administrative support to the HR team related to people development and engagement initiatives.
Requirements
- Currently enrolled student in Psychology, Human Resources, Organizational Development, Business Administration, or related fields.
- Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially PowerPoint and Excel.
- Intermediate English: able to participate in basic conversations and understand written and spoken information.
- Availability to work part-time (8:00 a.m. – 2:00 p.m.).
- Strong interest in Learning & Development, employee experience, and organizational culture.
