Where You’ll Make a Difference
Manage full-cycle recruiting activities, from job posting through onboarding, ensuring a positive and consistent candidate experience for several multiple manufacturing facilities in US.
Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates to support current and future hiring needs.
Manage sensitive employee and company information with a high level of professionalism, discretion, and confidentiality.
Support manufacturing facilities across North America (NA).
Develop and execute targeted talent sourcing strategies using job boards, social media platforms, professional networks, and other sourcing channels.
Partner closely with hiring managers and key stakeholders to understand workforce needs and align on effective recruitment strategies.
Ensure all hiring practices comply with local employment laws, regulations, and internal company policies.
Track and analyze recruitment metrics to identify trends, bottlenecks, and opportunities for process improvement.
Perform administrative tasks within ATS to guarantee compliance with company standards and guidelines.
What Makes You the Right Fit
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
+3 years of experience in high-volume recruiting, preferably supporting roles within the North America region.
Experience managing multiple requisitions simultaneously in a fast-paced manufacturing or operations environment.
Advanced proficiency in English and Spanish, with the ability to communicate clearly in both written and verbal contexts.
Working knowledge of recruitment systems and Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS); experience with Workday is preferred.
Familiarity with Artificial Intelligence (AI) tools used in sourcing, screening, or recruitment process optimization.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret recruitment data and metrics.
Proven ability to prioritize tasks effectively while meeting tight deadlines.
High attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy and compliance.
How Would You Stand Out?
Previous experience working in Recruitment Process Outsourcing (RPO) or agency recruiting environments is desired.
Passion for technology, innovation, and continuous improvement in talent acquisition practices.
