We’re seeking a Product Data Analyst to turn product and customer data into clear insights that drive customer success, product improvements, and business growth. This is an unpaid internship with the opportunity to convert to a paid internship.
Key Responsibilities
1. Data Analysis & Insights
- Analyze product and customer data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities.
- Monitor product usage to understand customer behavior and sentiment.
- Develop new metrics and analyses to improve product performance and customer experience.
2. Reporting & Customer Support
- Create regular customer performance reports with clear KPIs and recommendations.
- Present insights to customers and help explain performance and next steps.
- Maintain data and insights used for case studies and marketing materials.
- Serve as a data resource for internal teams and customers.
3. Documentation & Knowledge Management
- Create and maintain end-to-end product documentation, including user guides, FAQs, and troubleshooting content across hardware and software.
Qualifications
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Comfortable working cross-functionally and directly with customers.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Proactive, curious, and eager to learn.
- Familiarity with SQL, spreadsheets, or data visualization tools.
