- 📈 Reports to: Sales Director AN&H LATAM
Where You’ll Make a Difference
- Build and strengthen long‑term relationships with integrators, feed mills, and distributors across the Andean region.
- Serve as the primary commercial interface, ensuring strong technical and commercial alignment.
- Lead business reviews, negotiations, and contract management to drive customer performance.
- Identify and execute new business opportunities to expand IFF’s AN&H portfolio presence.
- Drive cross‑selling and innovation adoption across poultry, swine, ruminants, and aquaculture.
- Monitor market trends, competitors, and customer needs to propose proactive actions.
- Develop accurate forecasts, maintain an updated sales pipeline, and ensure pricing discipline.
- Collaborate closely with Technical Service, Regulatory, Supply Chain, Marketing, and Customer Service teams.
- Represent IFF in industry events, reinforcing our scientific leadership and brand credibility.
What Makes You the Right Fit
- Bachelor’s degree in Animal Science, Veterinary Medicine, Agronomy, Biology, or related fields.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in animal nutrition, feed industry, or technical/commercial roles.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship‑building capabilities.
- Ability to translate technical information into impactful commercial value propositions.
- Solid understanding of animal production systems and feed economics.
- Analytical, structured, and able to manage multiple countries and priorities autonomously.
- Comfortable working within matrix environments and cross‑functional teams.
- Fluent in Spanish with intermediate English proficiency.
- Willingness to travel regionally (40–60%).
How You Would Stand Out
- Experience managing regional accounts or multi‑country responsibilities.
- Familiarity with CRM tools such as Salesforce or Microsoft Dynamics.
- English language skills.
