Key Responsibilities
Complete customer product and plant questionnaires for food and feed products accurately and within agreed turnaround times.
Handle questionnaires originating from customer portals (e.g. TraceGains) and internal systems (e.g. Salesforce)
Compile complete regulatory documentation packages, including required certificates, and ensure correct handover to Customer Service teams.
Apply global food regulatory knowledge (e.g. EU, FDA, Codex Alimentarius, inventories, HACCP) to ensure compliant responses.
Correctly interpret regulatory and product terminology (e.g. COA, PDS, allergens, CAS numbers, nutritional data, FSSC 22000).
Act as an internal point of contact for questionnaire related regulatory data and resolve follow-up questions until completion.
Maintain and update questionnaire data in internal databases and systems to support efficient reuse of information.
Collaborate closely with internal stakeholders such as Quality, Regulatory Affairs, R&D, Procurement Customer Service and other internal departments to gather and validate data.
Contribute to continuous improvement of questionnaire processes, data quality and efficiency.
You bring
A relevant academic background in Chemistry, Food Science, Food Technology or a related scientific discipline (Bachelor’s or Master’s level).
At least three years of relevant experience in industry or consulting within food, feed, flavors, ingredients or related sectors.
Solid understanding of food regulatory concepts, product documentation and certification schemes (e.g. FSSC 22000, food additives, GMO).
Experience with regulatory data handling or completing customer questionnaires.
Strong attention to detail, organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple requests simultaneously.
Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office.
Fluency in English.
Experience with systems such as Salesforce, TraceGains or similar platforms is beneficial but not a prerequisite.
What we offer
A key operational role within Corbion’s Global Questionnaire Center, supporting customers across regions and product portfolios.
A structured onboarding and training program with close mentoring and gradual increase in responsibility.
Exposure to a broad range of products, manufacturing sites and global regulatory topics.
