You will make Choviva’s a global ingredient brand. By giving our most important partner the stories, tools, and materials they need, you make our product visible, understood, and desired across markets from Japan, to the US and beyond. You turn strategy into action, insights into impact, and complex value into clear, compelling messages that help partners win.
This is a hands-on role with full ownership, no rigid frameworks, just a base to build from, experiment with, and make your mark.
Tasks
Empower our key global partner with customer-specific presentations, sales decks, and marketing materials that win in real conversations
Analyse partner customer portfolios and define how our product creates real value for different segments globally
Strengthen global brand recognition through consistent, high-impact messaging and content
Own partner marketing relationships, collaborating closely with the Sales Team and our partner marketing teams
Adapt messaging for audiences, markets, and cultures, making our story resonate everywhere
Lead B2B digital touchpoints (website, newsletters, partner materials) keeping them fresh and impactful
Travel internationally to train partners, align on messaging, and strengthen collaboration
Requirements
3+ years of experience in B2B Marketing, Product Management, or Customer Marketing, ideally in the food industry
At least a Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or Business Administration, or related field
Deep understanding of how B2B partnerships work
Strong analytical and conceptual skills, you turn insights into clear strategies and actionable materials
Execution-oriented, you take ideas from concept to reality independently
Organised, persistent, and ownership-driven, you follow through and take responsibility end-to-end
Empathetic and collaborative, able to build strong relationships with partners and internal stakeholders
Fluent in German and English, with confidence adapting messaging for international audiences
