Main mission of the functions: The Innovation function is a transversal function in the Lallemand Plant Care (LPC) business unit dedicated to providing new microorganism-related solutions to create value for growers by developing products, know-how and decision-making tools that will contribute to LPC’s long-term success and relevance in the market. This includes not only the discovery of new microorganisms, but also the continuous improvement of existing solutions by enhancing their performance, ease of use, scalability, and market adoption through targeted product and know-how development.
The Quality & Production Technology function at LPC is dedicated to meeting the short- and medium-term production needs for microorganism-based agricultural products. It works closely with production sites to continuously improve product quality and productivity to industrialize and scale up new products, ensuring robust, efficient, and reproducible manufacturing processes, and to increase production capacity.
