Where You’ll Make a Difference
- Plan and execute complex application and laboratory work under the guidance of senior technical leaders
- Support fragrance development for Home Care and Air Care applications such as laundry, surface cleaners, candles, and air fresheners
- Lead small‑scope technical projects and deliver results aligned with project timelines and quality standards
- Design and conduct performance testing to support innovation, reformulation, and go‑to‑market activities
- Collaborate with Perfumery, R&D, Sales, Marketing, and Innovation teams to introduce new fragrance technologies
- Apply scientific insight to fragrance performance, including delivery, intensity, longevity, and usage conditions
- Participate in customer interactions to understand technical needs and support solution development
What Makes You the Right Fit
- Bachelor’s degree in a scientific discipline with 3–5 years of relevant experience, or
- Master’s degree with 1–2 years of experience, or
- PhD with 0–1 years of industry experience
- Hands‑on laboratory or application science experience
- Strong analytical thinking and problem‑solving skills
- Interest in fragrance performance, testing methodologies, and data interpretation
- Ability to work cross‑functionally and communicate effectively with technical and customer‑facing teams
How Would You Stand Out?
- Experience with Home Care or Air Care formulations
- Exposure to customer‑facing technical support or project work
- Familiarity with fragrance performance evaluation or modeling approaches
