What We Need You To Do
The purpose of Account Manager OOH is to understand the dynamics of Out-of-Home in Sweden and to act as the primary point of contact for OOH customers, building long-term relationships and ensuring the timely, successful delivery of solutions that meet customer needs and objectives.
Here’s the main elements of the role...
Be the primary point of contact and build long-term relationships with OOH customers in Sweden—especially in the coffee landscape.
Work closely with the Nordic Brand & Barista Development Teams to onboard and integrate new clients and develop existing client relationships.
Develop 1-year plans with existing and new customers, aligned with their goals and growth ambitions and own sales forecasts within the assigned accounts and translate plans into action.
Ensure the timely and successful delivery of our solutions according to customer needs and objectives, and monitor and analyze customers’ product usage to spot trends, unlock growth, and improve performance.
Clearly communicate the progress of monthly/quarterly initiatives to internal and external stakeholders.
Look for opportunities to expand visibility through special events, concept strategies, and coffee-led activations.
Act as a Brand Ambassador—bringing Oatly to life in everyday conversations.

Creation and collaboration across internal and external stakeholders.
Build strong internal and external networks to drive shared outcomes—especially across the café/coffee ecosystem.
Coordinate and synchronize work across teams and departments.
Enable effective information and knowledge sharing across the organization.
Knowledge within platforms such as Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, CRM system and would be great if you are system savvy.
