What We Need You To Do
The purpose of the Supply Chain Manager Nordics role is to take full ownership of the end‑to‑end Supply Chain agenda across the Nordic markets—shaping the backbone that enables our commercial strategy and fuels profitable, sustainable growth. In this role, you act as a trusted business partner to the Nordic Commercial organization, while ensuring strong and seamless alignment with our Central Supply Chain teams.
You will set direction, make impact, and roll up your sleeves in a fast‑moving, dynamic environment—turning complexity into clarity and ambition into results.
Here’s The Main Elements Of The Role
Owning and driving the Nordic Supply Chain agenda, delivering strong commercial outcomes across service, cost, and governance.
Acting as a trusted advisor to the Nordic leadership team, supporting decision‑making through clear trade‑offs and fact‑based insights.
Leading the Nordic IBP process, ensuring robust, aligned volume planning anchored in Oatly principles.
Translating Supply Chain strategy into action, working closely with Central Supply Chain to bring initiatives to life.
Driving continuous improvement across logistics, costs, service levels, planning accuracy, and inventory performance.
Building and strengthening key customer relationships at operational, tactical, and strategic levels.
Serving as the vital link between Commercial and Central Supply Chain, ensuring true end‑to‑end alignment.
Leading, developing, and inspiring your team, while building long‑term capability and a strong Supply Chain culture.

What We Need You To Bring To The Table
We are looking for someone with at least five years of experience within supply chain management, demand planning, or a closely related field, combined with three to five years of hands-on experience working with Anaplan or other advanced planning solutions.
You thrive in a collaborative and fast‑moving environment, where transformation and continuous improvement are part of everyday work. With strong business acumen and deep supply chain expertise, you enjoy navigating complexity, collaborating across functions, and turning strategic ambition into tangible results.
Other Key Competencies & Experiences
Solid experience in Supply Chain Management, with strong exposure to IBP / S&OP and Logistics in an FMCG environment.
Strong commercial understanding and the ability to partner closely with Sales, Brand, and Finance.
The confidence to challenge, influence, and align senior stakeholders across functions and markets.
Bachelor’s degree in supply chain management, Business Administration, or a related field.
Experience working with planning tools, ERP systems, and performance metrics.
